YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit No. 4 BOCILLA BEACH TO BAY, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, together with the appurtenant undivided one-fifteenth (1/15) interest in the common elements thereof, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Bocilla Beach to Bay, a Land Condominium, dated December 31, 1991, and recorded in official records Book 1193, Page 66, of the public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, pages 19A and 19B of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Roger H. Miller III, Esquire, Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett, Carr & Holmes, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, on or before July 19th, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
