Collazo a/k/a Luis Collazo, Mary I. Collazo a/k/a Mary Collazo, The Harborage on Braden River Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the July 12, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 130, HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 88 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
