NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2017-CA-002838 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Wade Howard, Jr., deceased, Eric Jeron Howard a/k/a Eric J. Howard, Jacuita Raymonda Shields a/k/a Jacuita R. Shields, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Tasha Celena Smith f/k/a Tasha Celena Howard a/k/a Tasha C. Howard, Tasha R. Faison, Thasanee Elizabeth Howard-Puckett a/k/a Thasanee E. Howard-Puckett a/k/a Thasanee Elizabeth Puckett a/k/a Thasanee E. Puckett a/k/a Thasanee Puckett, Thasanee Howard, Wade Jamaine Howard a/k/a Wade J. Howard a/k/a Wade Howard, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the July 10, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
