NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004185 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Quicken Loans Inc., Plaintiff and Brian J. Bloomfield, as Personal Representative of the estate of Mark W. Bloomfield, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, WHITFIELD COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
