NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA001864AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Funding Mortgage Securities I, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-SA2 is the Plaintiff and M. Scott McKay a/k/a Malcolm S. McKay a/k/a Malcolm Scott McKay a/k/a M.S. McKay a/k/a Malcom McKay a/k/a Malcom Scott McKay; Unknown Spouse of M. Scott McKay a/k/a Malcolm S. McKay a/k/a Malcolm Scott McKay a/k/a M.S. McKay a/k/a Malcom McKay a/k/a Malcom Scott McKay; Heather L. McKay a/k/a Heather Lynne McKay; Unknown Spouse of Heather L. McKay a/k/a Heather Lynne McKay; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.; Florida Central Credit Union; Capital One Bank (USA), NA; GreyHawk Landing Property Owners Association, Inc. a/k/a Greyhawk Landing Property Owners Association, Inc.; United States of America Department of the Treasury- Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
