THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-12CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12CB, is Plaintiff and OATIS WEEKS; LAWRENCE E. TROTMAN; CITY OF HAINES CITY, FLORIDA; DORADO HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of JULY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, DORADO HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGE 48 AND 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
