NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002971000000 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and MARILYN V. HASHIME A/K/A MARILYN HASHIME; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; DIANE PERSAUD A/K/A DIANE L. PERSAUD; SUNSET RIDGE HOA, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE PERSAUD A/K/A DIANE L. PERSAUD N/K/A MIKE KING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN V. HASIME A/K/A MARILYN HASHIME; HUGH M.
