NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003456 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MARILYN NINI; ROBERTO MARIO NINI A/K/A ROBERTO NINI A/K/A ROBERT M. NINI; AVERY ROOF SERVICES, LLC; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND PRESTWICK PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 69, PRESTWICK PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 9 THROUGH 14, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
