NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-000078-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4F, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4F is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES F. TUCKER, DECEASED; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.;UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TRISH KINCAID;TRAVIS KINCAID-TUCKER; TRENTON KINCAID-TUCKER; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lobby, 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BERKSHIRE LAKES, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 34 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
