NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 10, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of July, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit::
Lot 23, Block A, of Berkshire Pines, Phase One according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 47, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida..
