NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on July 11, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
All of Lot 52 and that part of Lot 51, of VILLA VISTANA AT THE VINEYARDS, a Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 99 through 101 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 51, run North 81 degrees 04' 48” West for a distance of 127.64 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 51;
Thence 66.70 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot 51, said Lot 52 and the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 230.00 feet, a central angle of 16 degrees 36' 53”, a chord distance of 66.46 feet, bearing North 26 degrees 43' 16” East to the Northwest corner of said subdivision; thence along the North line of said subdivision South 88 degrees 16' 16” East 54.53 feet to the Westerly line of Tract “C” of said subdivision; thence along said line South 47 degrees 08' 17” East 75.69 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 52;
Thence 29.79 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot 52 and the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 57.00 feet, a central angle of 29 degrees 56' 32” a chord distance of 29.45 feet bearing South 27 degrees 53' 27” West to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
