Lewandowski a/k/a Lorinda Lewandowski f/k/a Lorinda Ostmann, Second Su are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 61, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL C-1C/C-1D, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 42 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
