NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2017-CA-002325-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, Plaintiff and Christopher Fairchild are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 30 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
