NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002833CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and WILLIAM HAGER A/K/A WILLIAM G. HAGER; JESSICA HAGER A/K/A JESSICA L. HAGER; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITICORP TRUST BANK FSB; NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE IA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of JULY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 47 THROUGH 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
