NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA003519CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B, is Plaintiff and DARRELL PFAFF; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 22, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 39, Block 11, of SEVEN OAKS, PARCELS S-16 AND S-17A, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
