NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000493 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC is the Plaintiff and Marlene T. Moran; Marlene T. Moran, as Surviving Trustee of The Moran Family Revocable Living Trust, dated October 28, 2003; Unknown Spouse of Marlen T. Moran; Unknown Beneficiaries of The Moran Family Revocable Living Trust, dated October 28, 2003; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 237, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 961, PAGES 862 THROUGH 905; AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1698, PAGES 848, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 34, AND AMENDED PLATS IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 33, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART OF THE COMMON ELEMENT TAKEN BY SARASOTA COUNTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1923, PAGE 2677, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
