HUMBERSON JR.; SUSAN HUMBERSON; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; STONEBRIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
