COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE 165 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SECOND STREET, 75 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LOT LINE 165 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO THE EAST LOT LINE; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
