COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, ZACH STEVENSON and JOHN STEVENSON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Sarasota, on October 24, 2018 Case No: 18-CA-5630.
1. Lot 3, Block 1185, REPLAT OF PORTION OF 17TH AND 19TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 10, 10A through 10C, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE, of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 12381 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before July 22, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of you current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
