NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on September 26, 2019, at 09:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 3, Block D, Clark Lakes, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
