NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-004499 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QA2 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Phyllis Silberzahn a/k/a Phyllis Joan Silberzahn, Deceased; Christopher Andrew Silberzahn; The Westchester Condominim Association Unit II, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 12th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 309, OF THE WESTCHESTER CONDOMINIUM, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1180, PAGES 1611 THROUGH 1663, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
