NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-001079 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RITA WARNER; RONALD WARNER; THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s).
