NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000668, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BERMUDA CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMY J. DOOT A/K/A AMY DOOT A/K/A AMY COHAN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www. lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-109, BERMUDA CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1320, AT PAGE 0753 ET SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS MAY BE AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
