NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 12, 2019, entered in Case No.:, 18-CA-004194 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIX TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN MARX, DECEASED, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN MARX LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 11, 2007, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ROSEMARY MARX, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell at public sale on JULY 15, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in LEE County, Florida, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
