Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of June, 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-001078 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PORTS OF IONA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, SHARON RAMMELSBERG, FIFTH THIRD BANK, and TENANT NO. 1 nka GAIL BIRNIE, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT A-204, PORTS OF IONA CONDOMINIUM 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1710, Pages 367 through 410, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel ID #36-45-23-23-0000A.2040
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
