NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007920 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Phillip J. Boyle, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 11, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 74.00 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 33, GOLFLAND RESUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
