No. 17-CA-006176 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of The CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and Jacaranda, L.L.C, Abner A. Nunez, Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., Hillsborough County, Florida, Wellington Homes at Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., Stephen L Meininger, Chapter 7 Trustee, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 11, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
