NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-001860 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI, Plaintiff, and BONIFACIO MOYA A/K/A BONIFACIO MIGUEL MOYA; CITY OF TAMPA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ALPHONSO EVANS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of July, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE SOUTH 53 FEET OF THE NORTH 136 FEET OF THE SOUTH 312 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 20 FEET FOR STREET PURPOSES.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
