AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN LIVING TRUST, DATED THE 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1989 ; DAVID SIMON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THAT CERTAIN LIVING TRUST, DATED THE 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1989 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 29, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
