THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ALVA CHRISTINE HERRINGTON; AMY MARIE CAGLE; WALTER HERRINGTON, JR.; WILLIAM HERRINGTON; JACK HERRINGTON; PAMELA ELLITHORPE; SHERRIE GAIL DREADEN; ONEMAIN FINANCIAL OF AMERICA, INC. F/K/A SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC.; are defendants.
