NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-008589 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, RUBY COLLIER AKA RUBY SIMPSON COLLIER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of July, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 17, MACKMAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY LYING AND ABUTTING SAID LOT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
