NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. The Amended Final Judgment was awarded on May 29, 2019 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-011392, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and
DAVID ROBERSON; MADIA W ROBERSON; PAROUSIA MINISTRIES INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 IN BLOCK 1 OF TAMPA PALMS AREA 2 7E UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
