NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-004959 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Rosalie Scaglione, deceased; Christina S. Scaglione, a possible Heir to the Estate of Rosalie Scaglione a/k/a Rosalia Scaglione, deceased; Lynn Kiser, a possible Heir to the Estate of the Estate of Rosalie Scaglione a/k/a Rosalia Scaglione, deceased; Patricia A. Harrell, a possible Heir to the Estate of Rosalie Scaglione a/k/a Rosalia Scaglione, deceased; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
