NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-004959 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Rosalie Scaglione, deceased; Christina S. Scaglione, a possible Heir to the Estate of Rosalie Scaglione a/k/a Rosalia Scaglione, deceased; Lynn Kiser, a possible Heir to the Estate of the Estate of Rosalie Scaglione a/k/a Rosalia Scaglione, deceased; Patricia A.
