NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-000782 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATESHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and MARCO ANTONIO VELASQUEZ; IRIS C. VELASQUEZ A/K/A IRIS C. CUNNINGHAM; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 31, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
