NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 10, 2019 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002870, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROSA M. MALDONADO, DECEASED; ALICIA MALDONADO A/K/A ALICE MALDONADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICIA MALDONADO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MARIA CORDOVA; GRACIE A. MALDONADO; LOURDES GARZA; CELESTE F. MALDONADO; ROSEMARY J. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on July 16, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 154, BLOCK “B”, OF SOMERSET TRACT “E”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
