NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-005168-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF11 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and TROY SUAREZ, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 11, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 26, FLORADEL SUB-DIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
