NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2019, and the Agreed Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale set for May 30, 2019 dated May 20, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 11th day of July, 2019, at 10 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 1302 TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11218, PAGES 631 THROUGH 733, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 124, PAGES 29 THROUGH 54, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLICECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
