NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17001705CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and CABOT COVE OF LARGO, LLC DVA CABOT COVE OF LARGO, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION, BY AND THROUGH WILLIAM NIVEN, MANAGER; FRED DEBIEN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, ROGER H. DEBIEN, DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of July, 2019, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE WEST 230 FEET OF FARM 26, PINELLAS FARMS, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMALLY A PART.
A/K/A 7595 78TH AVENUE N., PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
