NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18002954CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DWAN BROCK; RHONDA L. HULL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENE G. BROCK; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LORENE G. BROCK; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 31st day of July, 2019, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK (2), FLORIDA RIVIERA, PLAT NO. 2 KNOWN AS “BOULEVARD ESTATES”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
