NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-001296-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS ASSIGNEE TO BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH G. MYERS A/K/A JOSEPH GREGORY MYERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 83, Countryside North - Tract 3B, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 45-48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
