NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-005034-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROGER ALAN SPEIDEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 'F', DISSTON GARDENS, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, page 28, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
