NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered June 12, 2019, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 15, TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 19, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2935, page 226, and amended by document recorded in Official Record Book 2951, page 49, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 34 and 35, together with any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of July, 2019.
