NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in 18-006808-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROGER NELSON, DECEASED; ANGELA NELSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

PENNY, R.L.S #1472, DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1973, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF THE SAID SECTION 23 AND RUN S 89°14'57” E, ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF BELLEAIR ROAD, SAID CENTERLINE BEING THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID SECTION 23, 544.18 FEET; THENCE N 00°45'03” E, 242.00 FEET; THENCE N 00°20'30” W, 237.85 FEET TO THE P.O.B.; THENCE N 00°20'30” W, 177.01 FEET; THENCE S 89°05'20” E, 125.99 FEET; THENCE S00°20'33” E, 177.01 FEET; THENCE N 89°05'20” W, 125.99 FEET TO THE P.O.B. TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 25.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 842.42 FEET OF THE EAST ½ OF THE SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 23. TOGETHER WITH NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL AS CREATED BY AND SET FORTH IN THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT RECORDED MARCH 16, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5720, PAGE 343, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
