NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-003768-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and BILLY G. CLARK; ALEXA CLARK; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 9, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, GULF TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
