NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, and Order on Amended Joint Stipulation Cancelling and Resetting Foreclosure Sale Set for June 12, 2019 entered on June 12, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property:
Unit 12-103, of BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14748, and Page 1703, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 3314 Haviland Ct., #103, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
