NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2019 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on August 7, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit Number 34, as shown on Condominium Plat of East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium Unit Two, according to the Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 53 through 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed April 21, 1980, in Official Records Book 5012, Pages 1951 through 2012, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
