NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 16, 2019 and entered in Case No. 16-000287-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS STRUCTURED SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 1997-2 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LINDA J. LOT(S) 24, 25 AND 26, BLOCK “A”, GRAND VIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
