NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 5, 2019 in Civil Case No. 15-008198-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and RICHARD W CHRZANOWSKI A/K/A RICHARD CHRZANOWSKI, LENA V CHRZANOWSKIA/K/A LENA CHRZANOWSKI, et al., , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of August, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK L, THIRD ADDITION TO OZONA SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 66-67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
