NOTICE OF FINAL ACCOUNTING AND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN

MILTON J. KEIFER,
Incapacitated.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
ALISON A. CARPENTER, the Florida guardian of the person and property of MILTON J. KEIFER, Incapacitated, has filed a Final Accounting and a Petition to Transfer Guardianship to Indiana, upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward, on or about March 20, 2019, and a Petition to Discharge Guardian on or about March 20, 2019, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756.
The jurisdiction of the Ward, MILTON J. KEIFER, has been transferred to the State of Indiana, In the Clinton Circuit Court, Clinton County, State of Indiana, In the Matter of the Guardianship of MILTON JOE KEIFER, Cause No. 12C01-1810-GU-047. The Guardian is represented by Thomas L. Brooks, Jr., Mayfield & Brooks, LLC, 8 North Third Street, Suite 405, Lafayette, IN 47902.
You are required to file with the Clerk of the above Court any objections you may have showing why the close of the Florida guardianship is improper, said objection to be in writing and stating with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Any objection to the Petition for Discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of first publication of this notice, serving a copy of such objections on the guardian's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, and on other interested parties. Within 90 days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection will be abandoned. Unless objections are so filed, judgment may be entered in due course upon the guardian's application for discharge.
