Cotton, deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Patrick W. Gillespie, deceased; Denise Maria Compton; Huckleberry Fields Homeowners Association, Inc.; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Waterford Lakes Community Association, Inc.; William W.
